Ceylon "True" Cinnamon

There are two main types of Cinnamon. Cassia and Ceylon “True” Cinnamon. Although the Cassia variety is most common, Ceylon or True Cinnamon has a distinctive shape, light colour, and delicate taste. Soursop Leaf

CANCER TREATMENT

One of the main claims of Soursop leaf (Graviola) is its link to killing cancer. There have been lab studies which have proven its ability to kill some cancers such as of the liver and breast, even after being resistant to chemotherapy.

In the journal Carcinogenesis found that "Based on available data, there is good evidence that these long-used plants could have both chemopreventive and therapeutic potential." Study authors suggest further investigations. (1)
